Support

If you are an existing customer of IntelliMagic, you can request access to our customer support portal, which will allow you to submit cases and view the status of existing cases.   You can access the portal via the Support Portal link on the left. 

 

Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to support@intellimagic.net, or to your internal support person. The appropriate e-mail addresses to send support questions to can be found on the About screen of the Windows products, and also on the first page of the manual for mainframe products.

IBM Users

IBM has licensed several disk and tape products from IntelliMagic. 

 

When you need support for these products and work for IBM, please e-mail Joseph Bacco at IBM Tucson regarding the Disk products, and e-mail tapetool at IBM Tucson for the Tape Products.
