Disk Magic offers Open systems support for HP, EMC, HDS and IBM

Disk Magic now offers support for modeling UNIX, Linux, and Windows workloads on EMC, IBM, HDS and HP disk subsystems. Support for EMC, IBM, HDS and HP for zSeries workloads was already present in Disk Magic.
The product provides datacenters the possibility to assess the effect on performance of different configurations supplied by four main vendors. Disk Magic processes I/O workload data measured on the servers that attach to enterprise disk subsystems. It models the effect that changes to workloads or to the hardware configuration will have on the performance of the disk subsystems.
